Windows 10/11 Administrator Workshop

Course Description

This 5-day workshop is intended for IT professionals who implement, manage and maintain workstations, devices and applications in medium, large and enterprise companies. It is intended for people who are currently engaged in desktop support and want to advance their knowledge to the position of Enterprise Desktop Administrator. If you already perform the role of Enterprise Desktop Administrator, this workshop will introduce you to tools such as the Windows Assessment and Deployment Kit (Windows ADK), as well as the Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT), which can be very useful support when assessing the current state, the operating system, as well as when implementing applications. Attendees will learn how to plan a Windows 10/11 deployment and how to build it within large companies. Additionally, attendees will learn how to manage Windows 10/11 installations post-deployment to ensure identity and data access security using technologies such as User Experience Virtualization (UE-V), Group Policy, and Client Hyper-V. Also, they will learn about Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) in order to support different types of devices and data management solutions.

Workshop delivery

The class will be realized in the form of 30% presentation and 70% demo exercises, lab exercises and constructive discussion. Dedicated slides designed on the basis of official Microsoft literature will be used for the presentations. Demo and lab exercises are designed on concrete examples of interaction with Windows Server.
