Course Description

This four-day instructor-led course teaches administrators to configure, manage, secure, govern and optimise Microsoft 365 tenants, workloads, Microsoft 365 Copilot, agents and Microsoft Agent 365. Instructor-led discussions, demonstrations, scenarios and seven hands-on labs cover tenant operations, licensing, collaboration, identity and access, threat protection, information protection, data governance and AI-service administration.

Pre-requisites

Students should have experience administering Microsoft 365 workloads and Microsoft Entra ID, an understanding of Microsoft Defender XDR capabilities, familiarity with Microsoft Graph PowerShell, basic DNS and PowerShell knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Copilot capabilities.

Day 1 - Microsoft 365 tenant foundations and operations

Module 1: Provision and brand a Microsoft 365 tenant

• Direct and group-based licensing

Module 3: Keep a Microsoft 365 tenant resilient and healthy
• Microsoft 365 Backup, Service Health and notifications
• Network connectivity, usage reports and Adoption Score

Module 4: Configure Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams

Day 4 - Microsoft Copilot and AI-agent administration

Module 12: Configure Microsoft Copilot settings and extensibility
• Tenant settings, web search, Cowork, Copilot Search and connectors

Module 13: Establish agent identities with Microsoft Entra Agent ID
• Agent sponsors, owners, lifecycle and Conditional Access

Module 14: Curate and control agents
• Agent Registry, Agent 365 tools and MCP server governance

Module 15: Monitor and manage agents with Microsoft Agent 365
