Course Description

On this one-day Lean Six Sigma Champion course participants will learn about Lean Six Sigma and leadership principles and the practical application of these tools and techniques, as well as how they can actively direct, manage and participate in the transformation journey. The Champion course is a practical course for aligning the company’s Senior Management Team and Frontline Staff towards a common understanding of the philosophy, and objectives of a business transformation journey and how to craft the business case for change using Lean Six Sigma. It is primarily aimed at Senior Management within an organisation who are about to embark on any form of business transformation, or who have recently commenced, a Lean or Lean Six Sigma business improvement initiative.

Who should attend

The Champion Lean Six Sigma course is recommended for all those in an organisation who want to get a senior management overview of the concepts, tools and methodologies of business transformation using Lean and Six Sigma.
This course is suitable for senior managers, department managers, internal consultants, change agents and senior project managers who will be responsible for directing, managing and reviewing the performance of change agents such as, Black Belts, Green Belts and Yellow Belts who will be delivering Lean Six Sigma projects.
