Course Details

As participants move through the four pillars of Emotional Intelligence, they will explore how emotions - including those that can feel uncomfortable - influence our thinking, behaviour and relationships at work. They will consider how personal and professional triggers can lead to emotional responses or 'hijacking', and how greater awareness can create more choice in how we respond.
The course is engaging, practical and reflective, with opportunities throughout the day for small-group discussion, personal reflection, case studies and applying the concepts to real workplace situations. Participants consider how Emotional Intelligence can support stronger communication, more effective relationships and more thoughtful leadership.
