Management of Change

Description: Changes in the global and local economy have rarely been as dramatic. In such a climate the communication methods and style of managers are critical in reassuring staff, restoring morale and maintaining productivity levels. The change may be as small as changing work practices, or perhaps you have to make some of the existing staff redundant. How the manager presents and manages the process is critical in implementing and embedding the change.
