Managing Change

Changes in the global and local economy have rarely been as dramatic. In such a climate, the communication methods and style of managers are critical in reassuring staff, restoring morale and maintaining productivity levels. The change may be as small as changing work practices, or perhaps you have to make some of the existing staff redundant.
