JavaScript: Advanced
This course is designed to teach students how to develop interactive Web pages by using JavaScript. Students are taught to create image rollovers, add sound to Web pages, work with status bar messages and many more advanced features. This annotated instructor`s manual includes marginal annotations so you can reference teaching notes quickly as you guide students through the course material.
Objectives
Display messages and scrolling text on the status bar, add sound to Web pages, create image rollovers, and display images sequentially.
Create, display, resize, and delete arrays and create custom objects and instances.
Handle errors in JavaScript, use the JavaScript console, and handle browser compatibility issues.
Set, modify, read, and delete cookie values.
