Students taking this course should be familiar with implementing and supporting Microsoft Windows Server 2003. They should have a working knowledge of networking, including TCP/IP networks, the Domain Name System (DNS), and Internet Information Services (IIS). They should also have a working knowledge of Internet protocols, including SMTP, POP3, IMAP4, HTTP, and NNTP.
