Defect Classification
Defects that are found late or escape to customer sites cost money; they delay projects and damage your credibility as a software provider. It is well known that fixing defects as early as possible in the lifecycle is the most cost effective method; sometimes by a factor of more 10x. This course takes the learners through a defect classification and analysis process; where defect data is converted to action items that address late finding or escaped defects. Real defects from your process & customers are used in the workshops so that the learning is relevant and any process gaps are targeted immediately.
- Cost: Price on application
- Duration: 1 day
- This course is not available as part of our public schedule but can be provided on a customised client specific basis.
