Beating the Recession

To help our clients manage their way out of this recession, we offer a highly experienced team focused on a relevant combination of consultancy and skills transfer.

In a recession, managers have to re-evaluate the way they do business.  They need to assess every element of their business model, to identify opportunities for cost reduction, cash flow improvement and profit generation.   They may also need to make presentations to banks and other sources of finance to increase or retain current funding levels.

We adopt a four-tier process:

  • Assess the current situation
  • Develop a new business model and strategic plan
  • If required, identify potential providers of financing (banking and other) and assist in presentations
  • Provide guidance and support in implementing and sustaining the new business model

We have the people, technology and skills to deliver the best outcomes quickly and economically.

Contact Damian O'Neill to see how we can be of assistance to your business.
