FETAC Train the Trainer

Level 6 E30179

This course provides an opportunity to learn professional training techniques from the professionals. It encourages the participants to review training needs, and then prepare, deliver and implement an effective training programme. They will each design, prepare and present at least one training session and will receive feedback from the trainer and their peers. They will be assessed on their delivery of a training session and the preparation of training session plans. They will leave our programme with the detailed knowledge, practical skills and the confidence to help people learn.

Prerequisites:
People whose work calls on them, or will call on them, to prepare and deliver training and who wish to be formally certified to do so. No prior qualifications are required, but good communicators with an interest in learning and basic computer skills will get most from the programme.
