This session will present the necessary skills and techniques to assist new managers or team leads to communicate effectively in their new role. It can also act as a refresher for existing managers. It recognises the reality that we often have responsibility for the performance of others with little formal authority. This course will help the managers identify how their self management and communication style influences the individual and team outcomes.
